In the SW food is a vibrant part of the sustainability landscape: with farmers markets; local produce; alternative cafes and restaurants; market stalls and more  as well as our evolving  supermarkets.

Beating malnutrition however, is about when we cook and eat as well as what we eat, and one challenge is making healthy food available to all income groups while child malnutrition is a blight on any society.
